Short scenarios for the September pitch — the “movie” of workers on stipend, present virtually on site while completing the administrative layer.

Voice admin offload on a live host shift

A WIL worker joins BusinesSite chat, receives voice tasks from a Milzet facilitator, and turns them into structured records — stipend work, not homework.

The worker starts a 3-hour work shift. Voice notes arrive: attendance gaps, assessment evidence to file, a compliance checklist. Using BusinesSite, they draft packs and flag what only a mentor can sign. Host admin burden drops from day one.

WM-03 SHADOW — 360 site walk + voice daily log

Pitch movie beat 1: stipend worker is virtually present on a live Milzet site via supervisor 360 stream, drafting the daily site log by voice while the Project / Facilities Manager stays on tools.

Workers first. A 3-hour stipend shift tagged to WM-03 WE01 (observe and assist).

  1. Supervisor wears / mounts a 360 camera on site.
  2. Worker joins the SHADOW room on phone (headset optional — not required).
  3. Worker annotates risks, quality and comms by voice in BusinesSite chat.
  4. Daily site log auto-files to the worker’s WM-03 evidence stream.

Hardware: phone-first + optional 360. No headset dependency for the September pitch.

AR/VR site walk while documenting

360 stream from a facilities supervisor; the worker walks the site virtually and completes the daily log.

On-site staff wear or mount a 360 camera. The WIL worker uses a headset or mobile viewer to follow the walk, dictating safety and progress notes into templates. Presence is virtual; output is real project documentation.

Facilitator — auto-drafted assessment report same shift

Pitch movie beat 2: Facilitator / Assessor receives a voice-captured evidence pack and an auto-drafted assessment report in the same shift the worker completed — admin offload from day one.

Job spec: Facilitator / Assessor / Mentor. Touches every WM plus KM-06 / KM-07 / PM-08–10.

  1. Worker finishes a tagged shift; evidence event lands in the assessor inbox.
  2. CareerWIL drafts the assessment report from the voice transcript + checklist.
  3. Assessor reviews AAC ticks (P1 console) and mentor one-tap signs the log line.

Compliance vault language (PoE, AAC) stays behind the Assessor toggle — public copy never says “learner”.

Starting the work day — stipend mindset

Workers clock into projects, not classrooms. CareerWIL board shows today’s targets; chat carries the voice work.

Language matters: no “learners”. The worker opens CareerWIL, sees today’s cards, joins RC2 chat, and earns stipend for completed productive tasks. Going to work — not school.

Hardware outline — phone + optional 360

September pitch hardware stance: phone-first worker viewer; 360 camera on site supervisor; headset optional. Pilot must not depend on headsets.

  • Worker: Android / iPhone browser or BusinesSite RC2 app — join SHADOW / SUPERVISED-DO stream.
  • Site: 360 camera or smartphone on Project / Facilities Manager.
  • Optional: VR headset for immersion demos only.
  • Offline: voice notes queue and sync when connectivity returns.
